Hi Erik
After adding the "Action on Purge = truncate" to your pool(s), you need to
perform a few extra steps, especially if you have existing volumes in those
pool(s) already:
In bconsole:
* update pool=PoolYouModified (repeat for each pool)
then to set the Truncate on Purge flag for each volume already existing in the
pool(s).
* update volume fromallpools
Then, to verify that all of your volumes have been updated:
* llist volumes
Make sure they all have "ActionOnPurge: 1"
If this is all good, then the commands Ana explained should now work as
expected.
