Yes, I do that all the time. I believe I run 5 to 10 concurrent
clients to the same tape.

What about your storage part of bacula-dir.conf. You need to set
"Maximum Concurrent Jobs" for the storage resource. Also I would
enable spooling with a 10GB or similar spool file.
