Or more safely:

  Create symlinks:
  cd <your html directory>
  ln -s /usr/sbin/bconsole bconsole
  ln -s /etc/bacula/bconsole.conf bconsole.conf

edit application/config.ini
       bacula.sudo = ""
       bacula.bconsole = "<full path to symlink>/bconsole"

Check "FollowSymLinks" options:

<Directory "/var/www/webacula/html">
   Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
