Hmm... I'm not sure if the vmware server can do this...

Also, I'd be very carful running Bacula's daemons in VMWare virtual 
machines. Some users had massive problems - i.e. the host system 
locking up, or the VM blocked. I never found out why, I only know it's 
not always a problem.
