The first question would be whether you need all the incrementals or 
just recent incrementals and all old fulls.  Growing logfiles/maiboxes 
etc., can take a lot of space with a copy every day, but maybe you need 
them.

In any case, $Conf{IncrLevels} has to do with something else (whether 
incrementals are based on a prior full or incremental).  Use 
$Conf{FullKeepCntMin} and $Conf{IncrKeepCntMin} to force an absolute 
number of backups to be saved.
