Hmmm, looks like there are lots of options - but the big thing for me
is that I'll have to do this in steps since my box only has 2 SATA
ports and they are currently occupied.

So I'll have to :
- copy everything out to another drive / box
- install new drives, install OS, install BackupPC
- copy everything back in.
