Thanks for your reply.

Yes, you guessed my environment correctly. I use rsyncd for WinXP, and my
users have POP3 access to emails.

It's clear now that I have to use windows snapshot (whatever that might
be, haven't used it before).

I was trying to find where is the settings for rsyncd write configuration,
but no luck. Can you please be more specific?
