"amaddclient" tool can be found in Amanda 2.6.0p2 release. Are you
running 2.6.0p2 on the server? This tool sets up
amandahosts file. You can do this manually if you want.

BTW, you will need to run 2.6.0 on the server for Zmanda client for
Windows. See http://wiki.zmanda.com/index.php/Zmanda_Windows_Client
