You can define LTO3 stgpool as a migration destination for LTO2
stgpool (upd stg mylto2pool  next=mylto3pool). And then migrate the
data from lto2 to lto3 either manually by issuing 'mig stg mylto2pool
lo=0'  or automatically by defining appropriate administrative
schedule(s).
