You should be able to discover 157.23.66.219
without the need to remove object 98617903. Objects that have been marked as REMOVED by NetView should have no bearing on the discovery and management of other devices, even if it is the same device. The REMOVED identifier is usual used for objects that NetView no longer needs but cannot delete because other application created it. There may be other reasons.
If you still want to get rid of it, try creating a smartset based on "Selection Name" with the identifier as "REMOVED:157.23.66.219". When the smartset is populated with this object, you can then choose to **delete from all submaps**. The object suggests that it exists and is managed in two maps, so you may need to check both maps before you can completely remove this object from the Object DB.
