Do you have any devices with virtual management interfaces?
I have Cisco Content Switches (ArrowPoint) that send with if the management interface is not configured.
Are you using the loopback address on your Cisco routers for the trap source address?
Did you miss configuring one of them?

I am getting a trap with the source address as

"Node is ReInitialized Due to power-on at 09/08/02_07:18:29 AM".

All my routers are having proper IP addresses configured.
What could be causing this kind of a trap.
