Using the even viewer check the enterprise ID and that will give you an idea of 
what kind of equipment it is. This is probably a device that has a default 
address of a serial card of 0.0.0.0 and it happens to be the trap origin 
interface.

I am getting a trap with the source address as 0.0.0.0

"Node 0.0.0.0 is ReInitialized Due to power-on at 09/08/02_07:18:29 AM".

All my routers are having proper IP addresses configured.
What could be causing this kind of a trap.
