In keeping with my usual practice, I am posting some of the details about 
the newly available release 7.1.1.
This was requested by a user just last week as well.

The only new feature in 7.1.1 over 7.1 is the addition of the Language 
Kits which make the product translated into Japanese, Korean, and 
simplified Chinese.
