Trying to run NetView for Windows NT on  NT workstation 4.0 service pack 6a

The daemon fails at startup with the message

Failed to connect to one or more services

I'm assuming the daemon is trying to connect to the SNMP service, which
appears to be started (the MIB browser works).  Maybe on parameter is wrong
on my SNMP configuration?  I bascially took the defaults when I installed
it.

Any ideas?
