[Veritas-bu] Backup excludes question

Ok I have a need to create 2 policies for a UNIX server. One that backups u=
p basic system files and the other that backups up SOX data. These need to =
have different retentions and different schedules. But here is the problem.=
 I need to exclude files from the system files backups  but include them in=
 the SOX backup. Is there a way to exclude files on a policy basis instead =
of by server?
