Subject: [Veritas-bu] Tape Library L700e Issue

Hello,

I'm having an issue with our tape library (StorageTek L700e). Here are the
FSC logs from the tape library:

30B1 03 REACH
30B1 48 REACH
30B0 01 REACH

It would hang our backups and the only fix is to open the tape library
remove the tape stuck in the robot arm. I'm not sure if this is related to
Netbackup or StorageTek.

Here is a list of our backup specs:

Solaris 8 Patch Level-14
NB 4.5 patch 2
StorageTek L700e
Seagate Tape Drive Viper 2000
Volume Manager 3.2

Any information would be helpful.

Thank you.

Elmer
