[Veritas-bu] Tape Library L700e Issue

I'm having an issue with our tape library (StorageTek L700e).  Here are =
the FSC logs from the tape library:

30B1 03 REACH
30B1 48 REACH
30B0 01 REACH

It would hang our backups and the only fix is to open the tape library =
remove the tape stuck in the robot arm.  I'm not sure if this is related =
to Netbackup or StorageTek. =20
