The way I see it .....
There is 4 ways to live after editing the bp.conf file
1. Shutdown then Restart Netbackup on Master.... (kill.bp_all then
S77netbackup)
2. Kill then bprd the restart bprd (bprdreq -terminate, initbprd)
3. Using gui [NetBackup Administration].... Select the following under
"File"..... "Terminate Request Daemon" then "Start Netbackup Daemon"
4. Using gui [NetBackup Administration].... Select the following under
"File"....."Re-Read Request Daemon Configuration"
I much prefer #4..... But I need a warm and fuzzy on wither it will
work.....
Master: Solaris 2.6
Media Servers 12 of them..........
Goal: edit bp.conf on master... add windows nt admin console data....
I guess also this can be used to adjust the verbose level on the master as
well..............
