Hi All,

I have an ATL P7000 library with 12 DLT8000 drives attached to an E3500
running Solaris 8.  Everything is setup correctly from the OS point-of-view
as I can mt stat each drive when a tape is manual inserted.  However,
when I try to move a tape from a slot to any of the drives, I get the
following error:

Initiating MOVE_MEDIUM from address 256 to 128
move_medium failed, CHECK CONDITION
sense key = 0x5, asc = 0x30, ascq = 0x0, UNKNOWN ERROR, SENSE_KEY: 0x05,
ASC: 0x30, ASCQ: 0x00

ATL suggests the following st.conf setting:

"QUANTUM DLT8000",      "DLT 8000", "DLT8000";
DLT8000=1,0x38,0,0x8639,4,0x84,0x85,0x88,0x89,3;

while Veritas suggests the following:

"QUANTUM DLT8000", "Quantum DLT8000 Tape Drive", "DLT8k-data";
DLT8k-data = 1,0x38,0,0x19639,4,0x1a,0x1b,0x41,0x41,3;

But both settings result in the same or similar error in robtest.

Any idea?
