[Networker] Library no longer autochanging tapes

Do not forget that if you use the 'location' field adn use it for naything else
but the jukebox name, NW will also not be able to use it - even if it is inside
the jukebox.
NW will also not be able to see the tapes if they have been exported in the CAP.
Check with "sjirdtag [email protected]".
