Can you expound on that a little when you have some time Mathew?

Other than high-level marketing rainbows about client-direct, there
hasn't been a lot of information that I can find about it.  Information
from a real-world site that used NetWorker 7.x with DD and is now using
NetWorker 8.x with DD would be really valuable.
