That sounds nasty... How about an upgrade to 7.6 and see if that
fixes your issue. I'm having NW server hangs on Solaris SPARC but my
backup performance has been unaffected. (Maybe my clone performance
is slower though).
Just a thought though when you do a server rollup say .4 or .6 are you
also rolling up the clients?
