I upgraded NW from 7.5.1.6 (7.5.1 Build 345) to 7.5.1.6 (7.5.1 Build 379) 
yesterday and that even made things worse. :x 

With 7.5.1.6 , disk to tape staging has also been affected.We used to get ~ 45 
mb/sec ..now it is only 3 mb/sec 

TIME FOR ANOTHER UPGRADE  :? 

Any suggestions ?
