Looks like that was the problem. I just downgraded the exchange module
and it worked perfectly. What's amazing is that I've been going back and
forth with EMC for over a month about this without success.

I am a bit on the slow side today.

What I also wanted to say was, all we did was downgrade all NME/NMSQL 
packages to 5.0 and the problem went away...
