Don't have LTO, but the commands are the exact same for Windows. EMC 
provides the same binaries for the Windows platforms, as they do for 
Unix/Linux platforms, apparantly. I have used the "mt" command before, and 
did just try "cdi_get_status".

C:\Documents and Settings\servadmin>cdi_get_status
usage: cdi_get_status -f device file name [ -t { s | t | g | n | m | i } ]
