So I had this special request for a tape, for various files from a half
dozen clients (lawyers. Lawsuits. Bah). So anyway, I create this tape, but
now my boss wants me to restore the entire contents of this one tape to a
new folder. And I'd rather not start 6 redirected recover jobs, from 6
different client, to a new folder on a 7th client (the SAN).
So ... is there anyway to tell NW 7.4.1 on Win2003, "Recover all the files
on the tape volume in \\tape0 to \\san\new-folder, and do not restore any
security settings with the files"? I'd want to run just one command,
preferrably from the backup server. Can that be done, or does every
recover job have to specify from what client, etc to recover from/to?
Thanks
