Yes, I know. What I don't know is why NetWorker doesn't make it easy and 
just have those as pre-defined levels ... they are standard terms, after 
all ... I always disliked incrementals - too many restores to get back to 
where you need to be (to recover all files). 
For non-"recover everything" situations, it's a different story. Then, if 
someone says "I need the file as I edited it on Tue, because on Wed I 
changed it wrongly/deleted it", either incremental or differential will 
get you what you need (i.e., thye file as backed up on Tue after the 
change).

I'm a Windows Admin, too (for the most part), and I understand the 
concepts easily enough. NetWorker is a different story. :-)
