We run Legato 7.2.1 with NetApp 3050's. Relocation to another file system 
works. Haven't had to do that too many times, though :)
We use snapshots for the primary backup function, e.q. recover a file/lun 
instantly. (NASes do tend to have these features...)
We backup to tape just for DR.
