We get the following error when trying to back up a windows hosts SYSTEM

Works with ntbackup. Fails with both nw 7.2.2 and the latest nw7.3 jumbo
patch windows client versions on this host.
The file SECURITY_NSR is recreated by the backup if it has been removed,
and the file permissions also seem to check out. Any ideas?
