Try starting the "Networker Remote Exec Service" with a local admin account
and run backup again. If still fails, run backup of SYSTEM STATE from the
Networker User Gui on the client and see if it works.
save: RPC error: RPC cannot encode arguments (severity 5, number 1)
Check with Tech support this may be a known issue.

Works with ntbackup. Fails with both nw 7.2.2 and the latest nw7.3 jumbo
patch windows client versions on this host.
The file SECURITY_NSR is recreated by the backup if it has been removed,
and the file permissions also seem to check out. Any ideas?
