But possible.  Some data (especially from some databases) is highly
compressible.  2:1 is just a target... impossible for already compressed
data, easy for other types of data.

If you have concerns about the compressibility, just go ahead and do
some sample restores from that volume (some near the front, some near
the back) and make sure it's all good.
