David,

I think you need to do a changetime to a time prior
to the data being migrated from the E to the F drive.
I believe the gui only shows you what was there
at the time of the last backup. Files that were removed
prior to the last backup will not show up unless you
do a changetime to when the files were still on the system.
Hope that makes sense.
