Richard,

A Sun C.E. showed me this little trick (we have 2 Sun-badged EXB-440s):

1. Power the jukebox off.
2. Press the eject button on the front of the tape drive and keep holding it in.
3. While holding the eject button, power the jukebox back on.

When the jukebox starts up with the return of power, the tape should eject from
the drive, unless it is hopelessly entangled.

If you jukebox is in a cabinet, you will obviously need somebody to assist you,
as the power switch is on the back of the jukebox and most people do not have
arms that are 2 metres long! :-)

Regards,

Peter Marshall
