Short answer: there isn't one.
You could replace the existing filesystem with the lrager one and move
the volume files over.
Long answer is I can't think of any easy way that doesn't involve
changing you bacula configuration. If you do that, you might as well go
for latest centos and bacula and if you want to stay with on-line
on-disk backups: zfs and probably larger-disk-slot-count chassis so on
and so forth.
