ANSI SQL has the interval data type and in a compliant engine
LastWritten + (ExpiresIn * interval '00:00:01') should return a date. (I
think: I've never paid for the privilege of seeing the actual standard.)
The problem is SQL'92 is too big to implement in sqlite and sqlite is
way too convenient to not support.
