Hello Ankush,
Bacula marks a volume as Full when Maximum Volume Bytes (if specified in Pool resource) or if it reaches de end of the medium you are using (a disk partition, a tape, etc.).
Based only on your list media output, in some cases we can say that the end of medium was reached, but this is not true for some volumes.
Could you post more information that could be useful to help you? Could you post your Bacula log lines containing "End of medium on Volume"? An output of the command "lsscsi -g" would be helpful as well.
