If you know on which volume the full resides and it has not been written over, you can import it into the catalog with the bscan command even if it is expired.

On the system running the sd, I ran:
bscan -V %volume_name% -h %DB_host% -u %DB_user% -P %DB_password% -v -s -m -c bacula-sd.conf /dev/nst0
