I've got a Bacula server 5.2.5 backing up, among others, one Windows
2008R2 SP1 client (which is also 5.2.5).
Some time ago, probably after a bacula-dir/sd upgrade, it started to
fail verify jobs, because it tries to check N files,
but the backup volume has only N-1.
When backup job finishes, it says that it has backed up N files, but
when looking into catalog or with bls directly on
volume i only see N-1 files, which is fine, because on client there are
actually N-1.
For example:
*list files jobid=9408
Automatically selected Catalog: MyCatalog
Using Catalog "MyCatalog"
+----------+
| Filename |
+----------+
... 35 OBJECTS HERE...
+----------+
+-------+-----------------+---------------------+------+-------+----------+----------------+-----------+
| JobId | Name | StartTime | Type | Level |
JobFiles | JobBytes | JobStatus |
+-------+-----------------+---------------------+------+-------+----------+----------------+-----------+
| 9,408 | sql | 2012-02-13 04:30:02 | B | F | 36 |
75,158,047,088 | T |
+-------+-----------------+---------------------+------+-------+----------+----------------+-----------+
So, under Filename column it lists 35 objects, and under JobFiles - 36.
And i can't figure out where it gets an extra file.
Other clients (Linux) backs up fine.
Any direction for me to look?
