if i understand you correctly, bacula is only using a 128k -- way too small? 
curious -- have you played with "Maximum Network Buffer Size" ? does this help?

Yes, that's correct, bacula can only scale window to 128k that's why throughput 
gets limited to 10Mbit/s. With ssh tunnel between client and sd it does not 
matter because ssh can scale window to 3MB and throughput is about 
100-120Mbit/s. I've tried to set "Maximum Network Buffer Size" on client and sd 
to 8MB. No result unfortunatelly.
