Unfortunately not 2 or 3.

Only 4 hosts, 1 drive and 30 tapes over 2 pools.

The system has been down for a few months with a faulty drive. When it 
was started up again, this error started occurring.

Since I couldn't find any file size problems, I tried the dump and 
reload, which obviously removed a lot of empty.
space in the db(975Mb -> 440Mb), but the problem is still there.
