According to [1], the limits on the database size are mostly imposed by
the OS. So maybe certain things worth checking:
1) If /proc/$sd_pid/limits indicates some limit on the file size for
   the SD process?
2) Is it possible that a file system-imposed limit is hit (see [2] for
   instance)?
3) No space left on device? (Does not sound like this but who knows how
   bacula interprets such an error returned from the sqlite backend?)
