There is no built-in functionality for "load balancing" in bacula. If
you wanted to set up multiplexing like this, what you would need to do
is set up multiple Jobs for that client, each with its own Fileset, and
run them concurrently, dividing them between two different Pools each
serviced by one of the tape drives. You'd have to experiment to find
the number of concurrent Jobs that gave you the best throughput.
