Sorry, I took an exam last week.
To Win,
I remove the 'lin_tape' driver yesterday, because it really cause some I/O
error.
To Alex,
The output of `cat /proc/scsi/scsi` is :
>
> Host: scsi1 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00
> Vendor: IBM Model: ULTRIUM-HH5 Rev: A2C4
> Type: Sequential-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 03
>
I start to think my problem maybe due to 2 factor,
1. USB drive. I tried to setup a 2TB USB drive to backup or restore, but the
EHCI driver seem can't stand for such long time or large data transportation.
2. tape driver. I removed it. Trying to restore and verify data, now.
I'll report result later. :)
