Most  people are not going to be able to do that.

I think the biggest thing here is for the user to not get so worked up
when something does not work as expected and wait for support.

I generally try to help as many users as I can but today I had two
problems. The first is I have some very urgent work in the paying job
and the second is the high winds keep knocking the power out..
