Actually, this is something that was discussed with Kern once (long
time ago...)
Which settings should override which ones is apparently a matter of taste.
You could try a line like
Run = Level=Full FullBackupPool=Full-Pool-Tape Storage=Tape
SpoolData=yes thu at 19:00
instead.
Also, if you usually want the stuff to go to this pool, simply
changing the job settings accordingly would be simplest.
