I need you help

this is the error:
Cannot get media info from dvd+rw-mediainfo

In particular this is my bconsole

dvd-handler have permission 777 and group bacula 
i try with dvd-r dvd-rw dvd+r dvd+rw

I try all test in this page

dd if=/dev/urandom of=/tmp/file1 bs=10240 count=10240
/etc/bacula/scripts/dvd-handler /dev/cdrw write 1 /tmp/file1
mount /dev/cdrw /export/bacula-dvd
md5sum /tmp/file1 /export/bacula-dvd/file1
umount /export/bacula-dvd

All work fine...

i try to 
dd if=/dev/zero bs=1024 count=512 | growisofs -Z /dev/xxx=/dev/fd/0

for have a blank DVD
but not work 
bacula always lament :(
