Which version ? Since 2.4x perharps 2.2x version they were inside and windows 
was acceptable to be 1 2 or 3 daemon.
look at the tree.txt attached it's what there inside the installer (minus the 
docs)

Or use bscan to restore the volume inside the database, and after use 
traditionnal restore from bconsole.

The restriction about "Windows Fileset" is if they are saved with VSS in need 
to be restored to a VSS ready client so a windows
with the same or more recent VSS engine.

I think it would be possible to try to list the files with bls and then use 
bextract directly on windows
But I've not tested this.

Anyway try to download the lastest version and see inside the installer.exe.
