Hello, i've got a similar issue.
Device "Driver1" (/dev/nst0) open but no Bacula volume is currently mounted.
Device is BLOCKED waiting for mount of volume "A0000001",
Pool: LunesPool
Media type: VXA-X23
Slot 1 is loaded in drive 0.
Total Bytes Read=0 Blocks Read=0 Bytes/block=0
Positioned at File=0 Block=0
Usually backups gets fine, but sometimes it gets the following messages:

I've read a lot of user lists but the solution is never shown.
To solve this situation, I send an unmount and after a mount whith the slot
which belongs to the pool. Then, the job works perfectly, but the problems
comes another day.
I need some help. Thanks.
