I assume you mean in sequence like you were asking in the first place.

First fix your friday pool definition:
1) Get rid of use volume once.
2) Add Volume Use Duration = 1d
3) Change Volume Retention to 26 days

Then open a bacula console and type

reload

This will get bacula to use the updated configuration file but it will
not change the retention period on already labeled tapes right away.

update volume

Select status

Then pick the Friday pool and then select Friday3 and set the status to Archive.

Do the same for all other tapes in the Friday pool except Friday2.

Then purge Friday2 to make it available.

Next week purge Friday3. And so on until you get to Friday2 where on
that Friday bacula should automatically purge Friday2 tape for you and
continue with the next tape on the next week.
