Unless tape A0000001 is in slot 5 this looks like you need to modify
the mtx-changer script to add a delay before wait_for_drive command.
The problem I see here is it took 4 minutes to unload whatever tape
was in the drive then it somehow loaded a tape in less than 1 minute.
To me a 1 minute load is too way fast and the tape probably was not
ready when the mtx-changer script exited.
